If you would like to reserve Indoor Vendor Tables (info), please include in the Message box the following:

• The number of tables you would like to reserve
• The number of admission tickets that you will need (1 for each person)
• Your full name
• Your phone number
• The email address at which you would like to be contacted
• If applicable your callsign

This will ensure that we can properly process your request.

Reservations are not taken for Outdoor Flea Market spaces. They will be available first-come, first-served beginning at 6am on the day of the fest.

The Hamfest Association of Cleveland will not share your contact details with anyone.
